He earned his Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitative Sciences from Armstrong Atlantic State University and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Gardner-Webb University.
Pavel built None of Your EARSwax after watching patients wait weeks for ear care that should have taken one visit. Urgent care gave them ear drops. ENT offices gave them a three week waitlist. He opened a dedicated ear clinic in Huntersville instead, with ENT grade equipment, no referral, and no insurance in the way. Evening mobile visits are available for patients who cannot make clinic hours.
