None of Your EARSwax is located at Daetwyler Plaza, 13420 Reese Blvd W, Suite 22, Huntersville, NC 28078. Free parking on site with elevator access to the second floor. Clinic visits are available Monday to Friday.

Q: Do you offer mobile visits?
​
Yes. Mobile visits run Monday through Friday evenings from 4:30 PM to 8 PM throughout Huntersville, Davidson, Cornelius, and the Lake Norman area, with weekend visits available by request. A provider comes directly to your home or office.

Q: What are your clinic hours?
Clinic visits are available Monday to Wednesday, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Mobile visits run Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 8 PM. Weekend and after hours mobile visits are available by request with an additional fee, quoted upfront when you book.

Q: Do I need a referral?
No referral is required for any visit, clinic or mobile.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
None of Your EARSwax is a cash-pay clinic. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. All pricing is flat-rate and disclosed upfront before your visit.
Services and Pricing
Q: What services do you offer?
We offer ear wax removal, Ear and ENT Evaluation, and foreign body removal. Ear cleaning and cerumen removal describe the same visit as ear wax removal. The Ear and ENT Evaluation covers ear pain, ear infections, swimmer's ear, and dense or layered wax buildup, along with select nose and throat concerns at the provider's discretion. We do not offer audiology, hearing tests, or hearing aid services.

Q: How much does ear wax removal cost without insurance?

Standard ear wax removal is $135 for a clinic visit and $200 for a mobile visit. There is no insurance involved, so the posted price is what you pay. No claim, no deductible, no balance bill later.

Q: How much does an Ear and ENT evaluation cost?
An Ear and ENT evaluation is $180 for a clinic visit and $250 for a mobile visit. This covers ear pain, ear infections, swimmer's ear, clogged ears, and dense or layered earwax buildup. Diagnosis and treatment at the same appointment when appropriate.

Q: How much does foreign body removal cost?
Foreign body removal is $200 for a clinic visit and $250 for a mobile visit. Objects in the ear canal are removed under binocular microscope visualization.

Q: Is there a travel fee for mobile visits?
​
Visits within 5 miles of Huntersville have no travel fee. Visits between 5 and 8 miles incur a $25 fee, and visits beyond 8 miles incur a $50 fee. This applies to every mobile visit type, including foreign body removal.

Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for all visits. We provide an itemized receipt for your records.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, cash, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is due at the visit. Nothing is billed to insurance, so the posted price is the full price, with no claim, no deductible, and no bill arriving later.

Q: What if my ear problem is not earwax?
Book an Ear and ENT Evaluation. That visit covers ear pain, ear infections, swimmer's ear, and related concerns with a full exam, diagnosis, and prescription treatment when appropriate. If you are unsure which visit to book, call or text 704-931-8716 and we will confirm before you come in.

Q: How much does microsuction cost?
​
Microsuction is the method we use for every ear cleaning, so it is not priced separately. Standard ear wax removal by microsuction is $135 at the clinic and $200 for a mobile visit. Denser or layered wax needing a longer appointment is handled under the Ear and ENT Evaluation at $180 clinic and $250 mobile.
The Procedure
Q: How is earwax removed at None of Your EARSwax?
We use microsuction under a binocular microscope. This means direct visualization of your ear canal and eardrum throughout the entire procedure. No water, no irrigation, no pressure. It is dry, gentle, and precise.

Q: Is microsuction safe for children?
Yes. Microsuction is safe for children of all ages. It is also safe for patients with ear tubes, eardrum perforations, or prior ear surgery.

Q: How long does the visit take?
Standard earwax removal visits are approximately 30 minutes. Ear and ENT evaluations are approximately 45 minutes.

Q: Will the procedure hurt?
Most patients experience mild suction sensation and some sound from the microscope. Discomfort is minimal. Patients with very dry or impacted wax may feel brief pressure during removal.

Q: What should I bring to my clinic visit?
No insurance card needed. Bring a valid ID and a form of payment if you have not prepaid. You will complete patient paperwork prior to arriving at your visit.

Q: Can I book for my child?
Yes. We see patients of all ages. A parent or legal guardian must be present for patients under 18.

Q: Do you see walk-in patients?
Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours based on availability. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time.

Q: Can earwax be removed in one visit?
In the large majority of cases, yes. Microsuction under a binocular microscope clears most impactions in a single focused appointment. If a canal is unusually dense or narrow, we will tell you before we begin and discuss options rather than surprising you mid visit.

Q: Do you see patients traveling from Charlotte?
Yes. Our Huntersville clinic is roughly twenty minutes north of Uptown Charlotte off I-77 at Exit 23, with free parking on site. Many patients drive up rather than wait weeks for an ENT appointment closer to the city.
Ear Symptoms
Q: How do I know if I have an ear infection?
Common signs include ear pain that worsens when lying down, drainage from the ear, muffled hearing, and fever. Children may pull at the ear, sleep poorly, or seem off balance. An ear infection cannot be confirmed without looking inside the ear canal at the eardrum, which is what an Ear and ENT Evaluation provides. This is not medical advice.

Q: What causes ear pain?
Ear pain most often comes from infection, impacted earwax pressing on the eardrum, water trapped after swimming, pressure changes, or referred pain from the jaw or throat. Because the causes are treated very differently, a direct exam of the ear canal and eardrum is the fastest path to relief. This is not medical advice.

Q: Do you treat swimmer's ear?
Yes. Swimmer's ear is evaluated and treated under the Ear and ENT Evaluation visit, including prescription treatment when appropriate.

Q: My ear feels clogged but there is no pain. What does that mean?
​
A clogged or full sensation without pain is most commonly impacted ear wax, though fluid behind the eardrum can feel similar. A microsuction visit with direct visualization identifies which one it is. This is not medical advice.

Q: Can earwax buildup affect my hearing?
Yes. Impacted earwax is the single most common reversible cause of muffled hearing. Many patients book a hearing test before having their ears checked, and find their hearing returns once the wax is cleared. We do not perform hearing tests or fit hearing aids, but we can determine whether earwax is the cause before you spend money on an audiology appointment.
